Summary
LiftLoggr has no developer-operated accounts or servers, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Pedro Lanhoso does not receive your personal or workout data. Your workouts, routines, exercises, history, notes, and progress data stay on your devices unless you explicitly enable iCloud or Google Drive sync, use a platform health integration, or export the data yourself.
Data stored by the app
LiftLoggr stores the information you enter in the app, such as workouts, sets, reps, weights, exercises, routines, timers, notes, history, personal records, and progress calculations. This information is stored locally on your device.
LiftLoggr does not send this data to Pedro Lanhoso, LiftLoggr servers, analytics providers, or advertising networks. Data is sent to Apple or Google only when you choose one of the optional platform services described below.
Optional iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud sync, LiftLoggr may store your app data in your own private iCloud database using Apple's CloudKit service. This is tied to your Apple ID and is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies.
Pedro Lanhoso does not operate a server for this sync, does not receive your iCloud data, and cannot access your private iCloud database.
Optional Google Drive sync
On Android, you can choose to connect a Google account and grant LiftLoggr access to Google Drive's private app-data folder. LiftLoggr uses your Google account email address and stable account identifier on your device to authenticate, keep sync state separate for each account, and associate private app-data snapshots with the account you selected.
Those snapshots can include workouts, routines, settings, custom exercises, favorites, and an active workout. They are stored in Google Drive's hidden app-data folder and are governed by Google's terms and privacy policies. Pedro Lanhoso does not operate a server for this sync and does not receive your Google account details or Drive data. You can disconnect the account in LiftLoggr and manage or delete the app data through your Google account.
Health and fitness integrations
The Apple Watch companion can read workout heart rate and active energy data during workouts if you grant permission. LiftLoggr can also save workouts to Apple Health if you grant permission.
On Android, LiftLoggr can save completed exercise sessions to Health Connect if you grant permission. On Wear OS, it can read heart rate from the watch sensor during a workout you start. Android also uses activity-recognition permission to keep a user-started workout active and visible through an ongoing notification while the app is in the background.
LiftLoggr processes this health and fitness data on your devices and in the platform health service you choose. Pedro Lanhoso does not receive, sell, or use it for advertising or profiling. You can revoke health permissions in your device settings.
Exports
LiftLoggr can create JSON exports and CSV history files locally on your device. These files are shared only when you take an explicit action, such as saving, sending, or sharing the export through iOS or Android.
Once you share an exported file, your chosen destination controls what happens to that file.

This website is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking pixels. Visiting the site does not create a LiftLoggr account or send workout data anywhere.
When you submit a website contact form, Web3Forms processes your name, email address and message and delivers them to our support inbox. We use this information to answer your request. Please do not include passwords, backup files or sensitive personal information.
Children's privacy
